o Traditional 90 minute Hot 26/2 Class - 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises

✓ 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Intro to Somatic Yoga Therapy (w/ Kat Kelley-Chung)
o In this introductory to somatics workshop, Kat will guide participants into a deeper connection with their bodies, encouraging the release of stored tension while enhancing a sense of ease and vitality. Through slow, mindful movements, breathwork, and awareness practices, attendees will explore how trauma, stress, and emotions are held in the body and how to begin unpacking them with compassion, movement and self-inquiry.
o This session is perfect for anyone looking to reconnect with their bodies, release physical and emotional blockages, and enhance their yoga practice with somatic awareness.

o Based off the Bikram Hot 26/2 series developed by Kat Kelley Chung……this is a wonderful flow and a more approachable practice to the 26/2 series
✓ 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Free Time for Shower/ change for brunch
✓ 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Chef-Prepared Lunch/Brunch
o Recipes from the Casa Om Cookbook delight the senses and nourish your body
✓ 12:00 – 2:00 Hot Tub, or Outdoor Exploration/Breakout session
o Potential options - One on one, technique, posture clinic, hike, BG Discussion, nap
✓ 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Breakout Session:
o Bik/Yin – Experience the Bikram postures in a relaxing supported way – we will hold postures in a supportive way using props to help with alignment to give your body a different kinesthetic awareness and approach to the challenges of a traditional Bikram class.
