“On a recent Sunday morning, I lay in bed debating whether to go to an early morning Bikram class. I knew I would feel great after class, but I was having trouble motivating. Then I remembered that the teacher Kat, who always says at some point during class – thank you for coming to class, taking care of yourself is a public service – So I pushed myself to get out of bed, not necessarily for myself that day but because taking good care of myself is an important thing to do for others. Thanks for the special motivation, Kat!

“(Kat) Thank you for your presence in the yoga room. It has pulled me back to my practice when I’ve wanted to quit. At 50, it’s sometimes hard to be inspired, but you have a way of touching my soul. 💙
