75 Minute Freedom Flow
Freedom Flow is a 26+2(Bikram)/Vinyasa blend that integrates breath with movement and sequenced to generate internal body heat, so no additional heat source is necessary. If you do choose to add heat we suggest you set your max temp at 90-95ºF. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.
Freedom Flow is designed to increase oxygen and blood flow, and is paced in a way to systematically open the body: muscle, ligament, tendon, and connective tissue, to release tension and build mental and physical strength and flexibility. Freedom Flow is intended to integrate body and mind. The flow of this sequence connects movements and breath to create a mental focus and moving meditation.
